Part time sessional support worker required to work with a number of young people 16-18 providing practical and emotional support in their own homes in Nottingham. Excellent rates of pay for experienced applicants. Recent experience of working with Young People with challenging behaviour and working to Care Plans is essential. Various hour shift patterns available: primarily between 5 and 15 hours per week. Car Owners ESSENTIAL.
