We are pleased to announce the arrival of Social Home Choices - providing quality semi-independent accommodation for 16 to 18 year old children who are leaving care.

Social Home Choices is committed to not only providing excellent standards of accommodation but offering realistic opportunities through regular, constructive and targeted support.

Social Home Choices offer a personal, tailored service. We understand that every young person is unique and requires differing styles of accommodation, varying levels of support and a specific style of support.

We also ensure that the accommodation suits the needs of our young people, which can range from one bedroom flats to four bedroom houses, either close to the city or on the outskirts.

Social Home Choices work towards the 5 outcomes, enabling us to assist our young people in developing in all aspects of their life and ensuring they are ready for independent living when they leave us.
